The Miracle Train of Life is a short ten minute film that was created over the past two years and premeired September 29, 2012. The film is a contemplation of the miracle of human existence that evokes feelings of gratitude and serenity while simultaneously challenging the viewer to respond to empowering questions about possibility and potential. QUESTIONS FOR STRESS MANAGEMENT
1) What do you feel are the key behaviors that you engage in that elevate your levels of stress, chaos and drama? Can you identify what key thoughts support these behaviors?
2) What thoughts, behaviors and environmental factors prevent you from quieting your mind and keeping it still, "like a pond at night that reflects the image of the moon."?
3) What relationships are you engaged in that foster stress and chaos in your life? Which relationships foster peacefulness, apprectiation and support? Which one's do you feed with your time and energy?
4) To what degree do you attempt to control others by falsly believing you have power over their thoughts, feelings, words and behaviors ? What people and situations do you need to let go of in order to find some peace in your life?
QUESTIONS FOR DEATH AND DYING
1) What are you most grateful for in life? How much time do you spend in a conscious state of appreciation, seeing the good in yourself and the world around you? What are the mental blocks to gratitude that prevent this attitude from dominating your view of yourself and when did you first encounter them?
2) If you could go back in time and live your life a second time, what about your thinking and behaviors that you would you change so that life as you know it is congruent with who you really want to be?
3) What do you feel your purpose in life is? What is your mission, so in other words, what is that you need to be doing to fufill your purpose? What are the top three blocks that interfere with you fulfilling your purpose and misson? Are you willing to think and do what is necessary to move past these obstacles?
